Mike serves as the director for Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ, but had previous been director of the Alliance of Renewal Churches when he has visited us in the past. His passion is help God's people be transformed and empowered for lives of effective witness in the world, and to develop healthy disciples and leaders in the Church. Through his work with the ARC and LCMC, Mike seeks to create opportunities for leaders to connect and to develop relationships with one another that are authentic and safe, and to ensure that they are being encouraged and cared for.
